3 1/2 c. mashed strawberries
6 c. sugar
1 c. water
1 pkg. plus 1 tbsp. Sure Jell

Mix strawberries and sugar together. Let stand. Mix water and Sure Jell together. Bring to boil and cook hard for 1 minute. Add to berries and stir for 5 minutes. Let stand a while. Ladle into containers. Freeze.
