HAMBURGER BUNS 
2 c. water
1 c. powdered milk
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. oil
6 c. flour
3 eggs
1 cake yeast

Heat first 5 ingredients to 120 degrees. Combine flour, eggs and yeast. Add liquids; beat until blended. Turn mixture onto board and work in 2 more cups of flour. Place in bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm place until doubled in size. Form into buns, rolls, or any other desired shape. Let rise again. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes.
