HAMBURGER BUNS 
4 c. flour
1/2 big cake yeast, dissolved in 1/2 c. warm water
1/2 c. oil
1 tbsp salt

Add enough hot water to make soft dough; mix good until smooth. Raise until double. (Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour or less.) Brush with butter. Make buns after dough has raised and let buns raise.
