LASAGNA IN A BUN
8 sub buns
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. spaghetti sauce
1 tbsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. dried Italian seasoning
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Cut thin slices off tops of buns. Hollow out centers, leaving 1/4-inch thick shells. In a skillet, brown ground beef; drain. Add spaghetti sauce, garlic powder and Italian seasoning. Cook 4 to 5 minutes or until heated through. Meanwhile, combine Parmesan, half of Cheddar and Mozzarella cheese; mix well. Spoon meat sauce into buns; top with cheese mixture. Place on baking sheet and cover loosely with foil. Bake at 350°F for 20 to 25 minutes. Uncover; sprinkle with remaining Cheddar cheese and Mozzarella. Return to oven for 2 to 3 minutes or until the cheese melts.
