1 pkg. (3 oz.) cream cheese 1/4 lb. butter 1 c. sifted flour Apricot jam Combine first 3 ingredients, divide dough in half. Roll out, half at a time, about 1/4 inch thick. Cut with small round cutter. Place 1/2 teaspoon jam on each cookie. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet in moderate oven (350 degrees) 20 minutes. Makes about 2 dozen. |
