POLAR BEAR PIE 
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. whipping cream, whipped
1 baked pie crust, cooled
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling
1 (9 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained

Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Fold in whipped cream (thoroughly) and turn into pie shell. Chill 3 to 4 hours (minimum). Arrange fruit in rings around top. May substitute graham cracker crust for pie shell.
