CHILI RELLANO CASSEROLE 
2 cans chopped green chilies
1 onion, chopped
1 lg. can milk
1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
4 eggs, beaten
1 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 sm. can tomato sauce

Grease glass pan (13 x 9-inch). Layer ingredients as follows:

1 can green chilies.

1/2 of the chopped onion.

Mix the cheeses; layer with half of mixture.

Mix beaten eggs, salt and flour and pour over the above.

Top with 1 can green chilies, other 1/2 of onion and TOP with other 1/2 of cheese mixture.

Bake 30 minutes at 375 degrees, then top with tomato sauce and bake 5 more minutes. Let stand few minutes before spooning.
