CHICKEN SEASONED GRAVY 
1/4 - 1/2 c. onion, chopped (optional)
4 tbsp. vegetable oil
7 tbsp. flour
3 c. water
1 - 2 tbsp. McKay's chicken seasoning
Garlic salt to taste

Saute onions in oil (if onion is desired) until tender. Turn heat to medium- low. Whisk flour into hot oil, adding 2 tablespoons at a time, whisking with each addition till smooth. Add water 1 cup at a time, whisking briefly with each addition until smooth. Add chicken seasoning to taste, and garlic salt if desired.
