PIZZA CASSEROLE 
2 c. rotini
1 1/2 to 2 lbs. ground beef
1 onion, chopped fine
Salt and pepper to taste
1 can pizza sauce
1 sm. can tomato paste
1 sm. can tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. sugar
Dashes of garlic salt and oregano

FOR TOPPING:

Mozzarella cheese
Parmesan cheese
Pepperoni

Cook rotini. While rotini is cooking, brown ground beef, onion, salt and pepper. Skim off fat. Add pizza sauce, tomato paste, and tomato sauce and mix together. Stir in dashes of garlic salt, oregano, and sugar. Place half the mixture in a casserole dish. Sprinkle Mozzarella cheese over the top. Spread the remaining half of the rotini mixture over the cheese. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and top with thin slices of pepperoni. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes.
