CHICKEN SALAD 
2 chicken breasts
1 cabbage
1 carrot
Handful of peanuts
Vinegar
Salt
Sugar
Fish sauce (found in oriental store)
Chili pepper

Boil chicken until it is cooked, then shred the chicken. Shred the cabbage, the carrot and the chili pepper. Grind the peanuts. Add 1 teaspoon salt, 2 teaspoons of sugar, 2 teaspoons of vinegar and 3 teaspoons of fish sauce. Mix them up and ready to serve. A dish for 2.
