CHEDDAR CORN MUFFINS 
1 c. self-rising flour
1 c. self-rising meal
1/2 c. creamed corn
1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
1 tbsp. corn oil
1/2 c. buttermilk

Mix together all ingredients just until combined. Do not overstir.

Bake in greased muffin tins, preheated at 375°F for 15 to 20 minutes until brown.
