SALMON LOAF 
2 c. salmon (with skin and bone removed), reserve liquid
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 c. coarsely crushed crackers
2 eggs
Enough milk to make 1 1/2 cups with liquid from salmon
Salt and pepper to taste

Combine ingredients. Form into a loaf and bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
