BRUNCH EGG CASSEROLE 
4 c. seasoned croutons
2 c. Cheddar cheese
8 egg, slightly beaten
4 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 lb. cooked bacon and crumbled
Worcestershire sauce to taste (optional)

In bottom of a 9 x 13 inch greased baking dish combine croutons and cheese. In another bowl, combine eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Mix until blended and pour over croutons and cheese. Sprinkle bacon on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 8 to 12. Can be made a day ahead.
