GEFILTE FISH SPAGHETTI 
1 jar gefilte fish
1 can carrots
1 can corn
1/2 cup Argo corn starch
1 jar spaghetti sauce (marinara is my favorite)
1/4 - 1/2 can tomato paste
1 cup diced onion (yellow)
1 tbsp salt (table or sea)
1/2 cup cilantro or parsley flakes
Noodles (1/2 bag extra wide egg)
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup water

Remove fish from jar and pour liquid into a large covered skillet or pan. Open carrots and corn, drain half liquid off and empty into pan. Dice onion and add to pan. Add sugar, cilantro, tomato paste, tomato sauce, and salt to pan.

Bring to boil, mix Argo with a tablespoon of hot water, then add to boiling pan and mix well. Add fish and noodles, cover and reduce to simmer for 15 - 30 minutes until noodles are at your desired tenderness or thickness.

Serve with potatoes or buttered bread.

Makes 2 extra large or 4 medium servings (about 6 cups).
