THANKSGIVING YAM BAKE | |
1/2 c. flour 1/2 c. packed brown sugar 1/2 c. oats, uncooked 1 tsp. cinnamon 1/3 c. butter 2 (20 oz.) cans whole yams 2 c. fresh cranberries 1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows Mix together dry ingredients. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Toss 1 cup crumb mixture with yams and cranberries. Place in 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Top with remaining crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Sprinkle with 1 1/2 cups marshmallows. Broil until lightly browned. Makes 10-12 servings. Yummy with roast pork, turkey or ham. |
