TUNA CHEESE PIE 
1 unbaked 9 inch pie shell
3 eggs
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. prepared yellow mustard
1 can (7 oz.) tuna, drained and flaked
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
1 c. shredded Cheddar or Swiss cheese
3 tbsp. milk

Prepare pie shell using a mix or your favorite recipe. Beat together eggs, milk, mayonnaise and mustard with rotary beater until smooth. Stir in tuna and broccoli. Pour into a pie shell. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes or until knife comes out clean. Makes 6 servings.
