TRACEY'S HOISIN BBQ ORANGE SAUCE
1 cup Hoisin sauce
1 cup barbecue sauce (your favorite - I like honey-BBQ)
juice of 1 orange (or you can use a fave orange juice)
1 cup water
1 tbsp. soft or melted unsalted or salted butter
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. ground black pepper
1 tsp. ground sage
no added salt (between the Hoisin and the bbq sauce, you've got the salt covered)

Whisk all briskly with a fork. Poke several holes with a fork into your pork, beef, fish or chicken. Marinate with sauce for an hour if you'd like or pour just before baking or cooking in skillet.

Use best judgment for amount; I used full amount a for 4 pound pork loin roast in oven. I have enough to baste.

Use as much or as little as you please. Mix more if you need more.

Will keep for 3 days in refrigerator (remember, there's butter in the sauce so it won't stay good for too long).

Serenity and Bon Appetit!
