VOODOO QUEEN VEGETABLES 
2 med. zucchini
10 oz. canned tomatoes
1 sm. green onion or dehydrated equivalent
1/2 stalk celery
1/4 green pepper
Sugar substitute to taste
Salt substitute to taste
Pepper to taste
1/2 tsp. Cajun Blend

Wash zucchini, cut ends off, and cut into 1-inch pieces. Put into saucepan with all remaining ingredients. Cook over low heat, uncovered, until tender. Yield: 4 servings.

CAJUN BLEND:

1 tbsp. chili powder
1 tbsp. paprika
1 tbsp. onion flakes
1 tbsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. allspice
1 tbsp. cayenne pepper
1 tbsp. thyme
