WALDORF SALAD MOLD 
3 oz. lemon Jello
2 c. boiling water
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. diced apples with skin on
1 c. seedless grapes
1 c. diced celery
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Add lemon juice and salt. Set until thick, then add rest of ingredients. Pour into a loaf pan. Chill until firm. (8 x 4 inch pan.)
