HOMEMADE MINTS 
1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. cream
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
15 drops of peppermint, wintergreen, or lemon
Coloring as desired

Take small amount of candy, form into ball, touch one side in white granulated sugar, and press into molds. Remove by pressing fingers on underneath side of mold. To increase, you can use 1 tablespoon butter, 2 1/2 cups powdered sugar and 3 ounces cream cheese.
