TIJUANA TORTE 
1 lb. or slightly more hamburger meat, browned lightly and drained
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
Sm. chopped onion if desired
4 oz. can chopped green chilies
14 oz. can stewed tomatoes and juice

Mix together and simmer 15 minutes. Place small amount in pie dish. Top with a large flour tortilla. Add more of meat mixture and sprinkle with combination of Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese (shredded). Continue stacking tortillas, meat, cheese, using 5-6 tortillas and ending with cheese. Bake about 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
