QUICK BEEF CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lb. stew beef, cut in sm. cubes
1 can golden mushroom soup
1 can mushrooms
1/2 c. cooking sherry

Place beef in bottom of casserole. Cover with soup and cooking sherry. Sprinkle mushrooms over top. Bake covered in preheated oven at 300 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Serve over noodles or rice.
