DIET VEGETABLE SOUP 
2 stalks celery, diced
4 carrots, diced
1 lg. onion, diced
1/2 head cabbage, chopped
1 (46 oz.) can tomato or V-8 juice
2 c. water
6 beef bouillon cubes

Combine all ingredients and simmer 1 hour. 55 calories = 1 cup serving.
