SNICKER DOODLE 
1 c. milk
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter (add last)
1 egg
Sugar & cinnamon
2 1/2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. currants

Sift flour, baking powder and salt. Combine egg, sugar and milk to flour mixture. Add currants. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon and melted butter. Bake in 3 pie tins at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
