BROWN RICE 
1 1/2 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. chopped onions
1 can mushroom pieces
1 beef bouillon cube
1 3/4 c. hot water
2 1/4 c. Minute instant brown rice

Melt butter in large skillet. Add onions and mushrooms. Cook and stir until onions are tender. Dissolve bouillon cube in hot water and add to onion mixture. Bring to boil. Stir in rice and let simmer for 5 minutes. Cover and remove from heat. Let stand for 5 minutes.
