PEACHY DELIGHT 
Layer 3:

1 c. sugar
4 tbsp. cornstarch
1 1/2 c. water
1 (3 oz.) pkg. peach flavored gelatin

Combine sugar and cornstarch. Stir in water. Cook until thick. Stir in peach gelatin until thoroughly blended. Cool and spoon over peaches.

Layer 2:

1 c. sugar
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
9 oz carton whipped topping
3 c. sliced fresh peaches

Cream sugar and cream cheese. Fold in whipped topping. Spread mixture over crust. Top cheese mixture with peach slices.

Mix all ingredients and spread in a 9 x 13 inch baking dish.

Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes. Cool.
