PIE CRUST | |
3 c. plain flour 1/2 c. boiling water 1 tbsp. vinegar 1 c. shortening 1 egg Combine flour, salt and shortening. Pour boiling water over mixture gradually. Add eggs and vinegar; mix well and cool in refrigerator. Roll out and put in pie pans. Makes 3 to 4 pie crusts. |
