BASIC PIE CRUST | |
1 1/3 cup flour 1/2 cup crisco shortening 1/2 teaspoon salt 3 tablespoons ice water Mix flour and salt. Cut in shortening with a pastry cutter; don't use hands. Add ice water with a fork. Gather the dough into a ball and roll out into a 4 inch wide disk. Wrap in plastic and chill for 30 minutes. |
