CHOCOLATE PIE CRUST 
1/2 cup shortening
1 1/4 cups sifted all-purpose flour
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
1/4 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. ice water
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Cut shortening into dry ingredients. Add water and vanilla. Roll out. Bake at 400°F for 8 to 10 minutes.
