CRAB MUFFINS 
1 lb. crab meat
1 stick butter
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
8 oz. cheese
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
10 English muffins, split

Melt butter, add salt and pepper to taste, garlic powder, mayonnaise, Cheez Whiz. Mix thoroughly, add crab meat. Mix. Spread on muffins, quick freeze, then store in plastic bags in freezer. Heat in oven at 425 degrees.
