1 c. crab (imitation crab is good)
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. grated Swiss cheese
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. sliced mushrooms
3 strips bacon crumbs
6 split English muffins

Saute onions and mushrooms; add bacon until warm. Mix all other ingredients (except muffins). Add to cooled onion mixture. Spread on English muffin. Place under broiler until cheese melts and starts to brown.
