CORN CASSEROLE 
2 c. cubed bread, cut off crust
1 can Mexicana corn
1 tbsp. onions
1 tbsp. parsley
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. milk

350 degrees. Mix all together in glass or baking dish and bake for 30 minutes. If doubled add 3 eggs.
