1 can cut green beans, drained, save liquid
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. water
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
6 strips bacon

Fry bacon until crisp. Remove bacon and saute onion in bacon fat. Stir in flour, 1/2 the liquid from the beans, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil then add the drained beans, crumbled bacon and heat thoroughly.
