3 c. honey
1 c. water
1/2 bottle liquid fruit pectin

Combine honey and water in large kettle. Bring to boil over hottest heat and at once add pectin, stirring constantly. Then bring to a full rolling boil and immediately remove from heat. Skim; pour quickly into clean, hot sterilized jars, and add paraffin at once.
