CHICKEN "LICK" EN 
2 lbs. chicken pieces (breasts, legs, thighs)
2 c. potato chips
1 1/2 c. crisp rice cereal
Dash of pepper
1 egg, slightly beaten together
2 tbsp. milk

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Remove the skin from chicken. Rinse well and pat dry. Place potato chips and cereal in plastic bag. Seal or tie bag shut. With rolling pin crush chips and cereal. Pour the crumbs into pie plate. Add pepper. Stir to mix. Dip chicken pieces into slightly beaten egg that has been mixed with milk. Then roll chicken into crumb mixture, place chicken in 15 x 10 x 1 inch baking pan. Sprinkle with any remaining crumbs. Bake for 45 to 55 minutes.
