TOMATO PRESERVES 
5 c. tomatoes, peeled & diced
5 c. sugar
6 oz. red raspberry or strawberry gelatin

Scald tomatoes and peel and dice. Combine tomatoes and sugar. Stir in gelatin. Bring to a boil and let simmer for 15 minutes. Cool. Pour into sealed containers. Freeze.
