CHICKEN SALAD 
1 1/3 c. (5 oz pkg.) precooked rice
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. boiling water
2/3 c. mayonnaise
1/3 c. french dressing
1/2 c. chopped peanuts
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. diced cooked chicken
1 1/2 c. diced celery
1 1/2 c. halved green seedless grapes
1 tsp. salt

Cut up 1 small can pimento. Mix all together and let stand 24 hours.

Note: The bulk sauerkraut in plastic packages is better than canned unless you make your own.
