FIRESIDE COFFEE 
2 c. non-dairy creamer
2 c. instant hot cocoa mix
1 c. instant coffee
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 1/2 c. sugar

Blend coffee, sugar, and creamer in a blender or food processor. Add spices, and the cocoa mix, blend well. For 1 serving use 2 tablespoons of mixture in mug filled with hot water.

A great holiday beverage! A wonderful gift idea too. Fill decorative containers with fireside coffee and add recipe to share with friends.
