AMARETTO COFFEE 
1 c. non-dairy coffee creamer
3/4 c. confectioners sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. almond extract
1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract

Beat all ingredients at low speed until blended thoroughly. Stir in 1 to 2 teaspoons mixture into hot coffee. Store remainder in airtight container.
