1 stick butter
3/4 c. creamy peanut butter
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
12 oz. Corn or Rice Chex cereal
2 1/2 c. powdered sugar

Combine butter, peanut butter and chocolate in a 2 cup microwavable container. Microwave until melted. Place cereal in a good sized bowl and pour melted mixture over it slowly to coat thoroughly. Put powdered sugar in a clean, double lined paper grocery bag. Add coated cereal mixture and shake until coated. Break into serving size pieces and store in freezer in air tight container.
