9 c. Rice Chex 1 c. chocolate chips 1/2 c. peanut butter 1/4 c. butter 1/4 tsp. vanilla 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar Put Chex in large bowl. Combine chocolate chips, peanut butter and butter in microwave safe bowl. Microwave on high for 1 1/2 minutes. Stir after one minute, putting in the vanilla. Pour melted chocolate mix over Rice Chex and stir until coated. Pour 1/2 of mixture at a time into a storage bag or container with a tight fitting lid into which powdered sugar was put. Shake until coated. Spread on waxed paper to dry and then put into bowl with cover. Refrigerate to set. |
