TUNA CHOW MEIN CASSEROLE 
1 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. chopped green pepper
1 tbsp. butter
1 (3 oz.) can chow mein noodles (1 1/3 c.)
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 (6 oz.) can tuna, drained
1/2 c. water
1/8 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. salted peanuts

Microwave butter in 1 1/2 quart casserole until melted, 30 to 45 seconds. Stir in celery, onion and green pepper. Cover and microwave until tender, 2 to 3 minutes. Reserve 1/3 cup noodles. Stir in remaining ingredients. Microwave, uncovered until hot and bubbly, 5 to 7 minutes. Sprinkle with reserved noodles.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
