9 c. Chex cereal, any kind
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/4 stick (1/2 c.) butter
1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar

Pour cereal into a large bowl. Combine chocolate pieces, peanut butter and butter in 1 quart microwave safe bowl. Microwave on high 1-1 1/2 minutes, stirring after 1 minute. Stir in vanilla. Pour chocolate mixture over cereal, stirring until all pieces are evenly coated. Then pour cereal mixture into large resealable plastic bag with powdered sugar. Shake until all pieces are well coated. Spread on wax paper to cool. Store in airtight container. Makes 9 cups.
