EGGLESS CAESAR DRESSING 
1/2 tsp. Fructose or 1 tsp. sugar
1/4 c. red wine vinegar
1/4 c. water
1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 c. lemon juice
2 garlic buds, minced or 3/4 tsp. minced garlic in a jar
1/4 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1 c. corn oil

Dissolve fructose in vinegar, add all remaining ingredients except oil; mix well. Stir in oil, place in a jar. Shake vigorously for 1 minute. Store in refrigerator.
