CHEESE MEATLOAF 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 egg
1/2 c. bread crumbs
Dash salt and pepper
1/4 c. onion, chopped fine (optional)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. cheese, shredded (white)
1 can milk

Mix ground beef, egg, bread crumbs, salt and pepper, and onion together. Flatten out on piece of waxed paper. Add cheese to center and roll to form loaf. Put into deep casserole dish. Mix mushroom soup and milk and cover. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
