POPOVER PIZZA 
1 lb. ground beef
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 env. spaghetti sauce mix
15 oz. can tomato sauce
1/2 c. water
1 can mushrooms, optional
Pepperoni, optional
2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1 tbsp. oil
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Brown and drain hamburger and onion. Add sauces and water. Simmer 10-15 minutes. Add mushrooms and pepperoni. Put in lightly greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over.

Mix eggs, milk and oil until foamy, add flour and salt. Beat until smooth. Pour over meat mixture. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 400 degrees until puffed and brown, about 30 minutes.
