CAJUN CHICKEN 
4 lg. boneless chicken breasts, cut into 1" pieces
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
4 tomatoes, chopped
1 lg. green pepper, chopped
1 lg. onion, chopped
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. soy sauce
1-2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. dried basil
1 tsp. marjoram
1 tsp. oregano

Sprinkle chicken with garlic powder; set aside. Combine tomatoes and remaining ingredients in a large Dutch oven. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes. Add chicken, return to boil. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 30 minutes or until tender. Serve over rice. Spicy but low fat and low calorie. Great for variety in diet menus.
