SOUR CREAM CHICKEN SQUARES 
2 c. biscuit mix
1/2 c. water

Mix together with fork. Knead on floured board about 5 times. Roll out to fit 10 x 13 pan - up sides a bit - grease pan.

FILLING:

1 1/2 to 2 c. cooked chicken
1/3 c. mayonnaise
4 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 c. sour cream
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. onion flakes
4 oz. can stems & pieces mushrooms (drained) or fresh, sauteed

Mix ingredients together. Pour over crust. Bake at 375 degrees about 25 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
