SCALLOPED PINEAPPLE 
1 c. butter
2 c. sugar
4 beaten eggs
1/4 c. milk
4 c. cubed fresh bread, with crust
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained, retain the pineapple juice

Cream butter, sugar and eggs together. Add 1/2 the pineapple juice. Fold in the milk. Add the cubed bread and crushed pineapple. Mix and pour into a lightly greased 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, uncovered. Delicious with baked ham.
