SAUSAGE CORNBREAD 
1 lb. pork sausage
1 egg
1 3/4 c. milk
2 c. self rising corn meal mix

Brown sausage; save 1/2 cup drippings. Grease 10 inch skillet, preheat oven to 450 degrees.

Combine egg, milk, drippings. Stir in sausage and corn meal. Pour in skillet. Bake 20-25 minutes. Vegetable oil may be used instead of sausage drippings.
